Job Details
This well established, Corporate and Commercial Legal 500 law firm with several offices across Yorkshire are looking to strengthen its Corporate Finance department with the hire of a Corporate Finance Partner at their Leeds or Sheffield office. The Corporate team acts for many leading business and individuals in the region and undertakes both UK and cross-border transactions.
Due to strategic growth plans, they are looking to expand the team with the hire of an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor/Partner.
This firm is a leading practice with significant strength in its corporate department and is known for its professional yet down to earth working environment.
The Corporate team benefits from first-class support from their stand-alone Corporate Tax and Banking teams, each of which is headed by specialist partners who have chosen to leave senior roles at national law firms to join this firm. This allows them to handle all types of transaction work and to deliver seamless and outstanding client service.
The role could be based in either Leeds or Sheffield.
