The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer into their flourishing, Wimbledon, South West London office.

This Real Estate department is one of the top practices nationally outside of London. The department is highly ranked with many of the lawyers in the department being ranked by both the legal 500 and chambers.

The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

The caseload and client base are broad, the variety will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with between NQ - 7 years PQE
• You will have sat at least one training seat in a well-respected real estate department
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
