THE ROLE
A new broad in house paralegal role within a fast growing company!
The role will involve a wide variety of transactional work assisting with the Group's commercial and vessel acquisition and ship finance activities and corporate and company secretarial matters.
ABOUT YOU
Candidates need to have around 2 years' paralegal experience gained in the finance or corporate finance department of a large City law firm
You will need strong attention to detail and good organisational skills and the ability and confidence to work under pressure and in a fast paced, commercial environment.
