An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established, multi-office firm based across East London. 
 
The firm leads the way in the region and has a loyal client base that has been developed organically since they were founded. 
 
In this role, you will be asked to develop and handle a caseload of your own, covering commercial property matters including, but not limited to, business governance and the property elements of mergers and acquisitions. You will also work closely with the equity partners, assisting them with a variety of matters. 
 
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2 years of PQE or more.
• Prior experience in commercial property including business governance and mergers and acquisitions. 
• Able to work independently and maintain high levels of client care.
