Job Details
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor from NQ to 3 years’ PQE to join a successful firm in Worthing.
This practice is thriving, the commercial property team is very busy and has a great reputation across Sussex.
You will be working with a very experienced and highly regarded Partner, and as such, you will have excellent support and development opportunities.
Your caseload will be varied and will include dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants, and the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
