This is an excellent opportunity for an IP Technology Disputes lawyer to join a reputable commercial practice in Mayfair, London.

The firm have a very strong technology and IP team with a fantastic client base that includes blue chip businesses from data, digital agency, media, music, gambling, gaming and broadcasting.

The firm are looking to appoint a lawyer with a broad background in IP disputes and litigation, which should include
* Trade marks,
* Designs and copyright (preferably also patents)
* Interim injunction,
* Mediation,
* CMC,
* Costs budgeting,
* Disclosure
* Evidence and trial.

Ideally the candidate will have some experience in non-contentious IP work; contract drafting, IP agreements - license and settlements too.
