Senior Commercial Property Solicitor 3 years + PQE - Thames Valley

Renowned Legal 500 law firm are looking to expand their commercial property team in the Thames Valley by recruiting a new Senior Commercial Property Solicitor. This is a firm who are forward thinking, innovative and are valued on their client care that have grown drastically over the last few years with annual turnovers of more than £7 million making them an ideal firm to work for.

In this role the successful candidate will be required to work alongside other fee earners and support staff and provide support and motivation where required and also handle and maintain their own caseload which will include commercial property conveyancing, commercial leases (both landlord and tenant), commercial and residential development, option, promotion and overage agreements, agricultural land, auction sales and business sales.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial property solicitor who has worked within a commercial property department at a law firm with a genuine enthusiasm and passion for the legal area.
