A Residential Development Solicitor opportunity has arisen for a candidate looking to work with a more diverse range of clients alongside technical experts who will provide on-going training and support. 
 
A top 100 firm is seeking to appoint a Residential Development Solicitor to join its Birmingham based commercial property development team. To be considered within this team, you must be around two years’ post qualification experience with an excellent academic track record. 
 
In this role, you will be working for a range of developer clients and technical experts who are well respected in the commercial property industry. You will gain the opportunity to work on large complex deals, running your own caseload of matters within a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Ideally, to be considered for this Residential Development Solicitor role, you will have at least two years’ Commercial Property experience, and Residential or Commercial development experience is preferred, but not essential.
