Our South Manchester client are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team.
The firm's Managing Partner has an excellent track record with winning new business and has developed an impressive national and regional client base which you will take a leading role with managing and developing further. The Commercial Property Solicitor will have the support from both the Managing Partner and the other members of the team in order to do this and there is a lot of scope for the right candidate to have genuine career progression in this role.
The work for these clients will include property Development, Investment, Asset Management and Portfolio Management as well as Landlord & Tenant matters and there is scope to be involved with Property Finance if desired.
The firm as a whole have won a number of awards, have a brilliant work life balance and are a really personable team of people.
