The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Senior Associate / Partner into their prestigious West End office.

The Residential Property team is small and sits as part of the Real Estate team. They deal with an exceptionally high quality of work, acting for HNW individuals and overseas investors. They have recently dealt with the sale of a particularly iconic London property.

You will deal with a high quality, broad conveyancing caseload, which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

On offer is good prospects including Partnership and highly quality work, working side on side with heavy hitting Lawyers.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• A good billing history is essential
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
