Real Estate Solicitor

Brand new opportunity working for one of the regions most recognised and award winning teams are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (ideally NQ-3PQE) to join their offices in Cardiff.

Working closely with Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Partners you will assist with all aspects of Commercial Property matters, including:
 

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Real estate investment and portfolio management
• Business management
• Acting across a range of sectors including banking, investors, developers and leisure.

The candidate
 

• Newly-qualified to 3PQE, although candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply
• Solid academic track record
• For junior candidates you will be able to evidence a seat within Commercial Property
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
