The Role

Because the firm is growing, they are looking for a Healthcare Real Estate Paralegal for their market leading, Healthcare Real Estate team in South London.

The Real Estate team act for private and public sector housing providers and healthcare clients.

Their work includes: innovative and complex joint venture redevelopments, urban regeneration schemes, hospital developments, surplus land sales.

You will work and learn alongside market leading Solicitors and Partners, roles including: drafting/negotiating licenses, TR 1's, deeds of variation, basic sale contracts, leases, heads of terms of negotiating, dealing with post completion requirements and much more.

Requirements:

· You MUST have 1+ years' experience in general or Healthcare Real Estate Law, preferably with some transactional experience
· You will ideally have the LPC
· You will work well in a team
· You will have good drafting experience
