We are looking for Contentious Probate Solicitor who is a 1+ PQE to join this highly regarded department.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Contentious Probate into their flourishing Altrincham, Greater Manchester office.

The Contentious Probate department consists of a team of 6 working on a mixture of Claimant and Defendant working alongside leading individuals in the area. The department has undertaking a number of high-profile cases for executors, trustees, beneficiaries and charities.

You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside a Partner, dealing with Contested Wills, Probates, Trusts disputes.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and development.

Training for the right individuals towards ACTAPS.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You should have first-class communication skills
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
