A unique opportunity has arisen to join a Legal 200 firm in Leicester as their Head of Family Department.
My client, a leading commercial firm in the East Midlands market, seeks an experienced Family Solicitor or FILEX with a flair for management to head their established team. This role will involve a mix of fee earning and management.
The ideal candidate will have proven management skills, with the ability to get the best performance from their team. You will be strategic and commercial, with experience in setting performance targets and managing budgets.
In return, you will join a highly reputable and commercially successful team with strong client relationships in the market.
To be considered for this Head of Family Department role, you will have at least 4+ years' family law experience, be a strong leader, and have the desire to grow an effective team.
