Private Client Partner / Senior Solicitor

Private Client Partner required for a role with a highly respected, Legal 500 ranked practice. You will be given head of department responsibilities and become a pivotal part of the growth of this exceptional team.

An established name and contacts in the industry as well as drive and ambition are imperative to this opportunity. Ideally you will have a solid background in a reputable firm and 7 years PQE.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Partner or a Senior Solicitor with a practice looking for promotion.

The core profile of the firm's clients are wealthy families, often with a number of family trusts and grant making charitable trusts. Their assets are likely to include shares in family owned businesses, quoted investments, bespoke open-ended investment companies, hedge funds, landed estates and property.

They also act for business executives, entrepreneurs who have generated their own wealth, and families whose assets have accumulated over the generations.

There is a substantial offshore, foreign and international aspects to their practice and you would be expected to be familiar with high profile, demanding clientele.

Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client Partner/Senior Associate with at least 7 years PQE.
• A strong educational background is essential
• You will have high levels of experience of dealing with private client, wealth structuring and tax
• First class communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Able to mentor junior members of the department and act as a role model
• A keen ability in business development
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on experience
