If you are a Private Client solicitor who is looking for their next career move, we have a brand new role in Gloucester that could be for you.
A regional firm with a national reputation has instructed us to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their Gloucester office on either a full or part-time basis. The team represent a wide range of clients, covering all aspects of Private Client matters, from wills and probate, asset protection to powers of attorney and incapacity.
As a Private Client Solicitor you will handle your own diverse caseload of matters from instruction to completion. As the firm provide a full service for their clients, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in some of the following:
- Administration of estates
- Inheritance tax planning
- Probate
- Trusts
- Court of Protection applications
- Will drafting
The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE but they will accept applications from a wide talent pool and have said due to the structure of the team they're able to consider candidates of up to around 15 years PQE.
