Job Title : Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Hayes

Salary: £20-30K

My client are looking for a conveyancer with at least 6 months experience of running their own case load to join their rapidly expanding team in their office in Hayes. The role will be to join a large team which is heavily focused on providing a swift turnaround of conveyancing transactions and providing excellent client care. The firm are recognised in the industry for their abiility to complete conveyances swiftly and efficiently so time mamangement is a key skill. As the client is looking to take on multiple fee earners to manage the recent influx of work they have received from referrers candidates who have experience handling 40 or more files will be considered. Many of the senior members of staff at the company have risen from conveyancing roles there and there is a clear and structured path to increase both the size of your caseload and your technical skills. The team all handle files including sales and purchase, leasheold and freehold, remortgages and new build properties so ideally you would have managed a caseload comprising all of these types of conveyances from instruction to post-completion. The client has indicated that for a candidate who has the LPC performing well in the first 6-8 months in the role and displaying a good work ethic and loyalty to the firm will lead to the offer of a training contract.
