Talented Residential and Commercial Property Lawyer sought for a CQS accredited department in Kent.

Joining an experienced and dedicated team, the successful lawyer will manage a caseload consisting of predominately residential matters, with some commercial property aspects too.

Experience in dealing with matters from initial instruction to post completion will be essential.

The Candidate
  • Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
  • Technical proficiency in both residential and commercial property transactions will be essential
  • The ability to provide first-class customer care
  • A practical and proactive approach to solving problems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
