Globally recognised company who are leaders in their industry require a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy legal team.
Based in their North Eastern hub, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial contracts specialist to move In-House and support the department with bespoke drafting, review and negotiation of various agreements, instruct external counsel where applicable and also offer more general legal advice to colleagues across the board.
This is a hands-on role, reporting directly into the GC. Required is a pragmatic and commercially astute Solicitor with significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of a range of contracts. Experience in oil and gas, renewable energy or shipping would be desirable but is absolutely not essential.
