The Role
Because the firm is organically growing, they are looking for a Family Legal Secretary because of an influx of Family work.

You will be supporting a small but thriving and busy team within the Family department which; covers Family matters including, divorce, child proceedings and child arrangements, financial matters, cohabitation disputes, DV, non-molestation orders and more.

You will manage and negotiate the legal aid CCMS system, prepare Court bundles, maintaining diaries, liaising with clients and handling enquiries.

Requirements

• You will have experience (6+ months) in Family Law, as a Legal Secretary
• You will have a typing speed of 55+ wpm
• You will work well in a team
• You will join a friendly, enthusiastic team
• Salary is dependent on experience
