Commercial Property Solicitor - A law firm in Taunton, Somerset require an ambitious commercial property lawyer with at least 2 year PQE to join their highly rated commercial property team.
The commercial property solicitor role will be to play a significant part in the development of this practice area providing clients quality advice and client care.
Commercially minded, the successful commercial property solicitor will be a hard working problem solver adept in commercial property law. The work will involve buying/selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, commercial leases for landlords and tenants, landlord and tenant issues, development land and option agreements.
