A new and exciting role for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a strong focus on business development has been created in this long-established prestigious legal firm who have offices in Berkshire and Middlesex.

They are seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (no upper limit regarding amount of experience). You will possess excellent commercial awareness as well as the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and enjoy working as part of a team.   

The role comes with good prospects and career development for the right candidate with a competitive salary offered depending on background and level of experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pragmatic, energetic individual with well-rounded corporate commercial experience who has the ability, determination and vision to establish a department in the future.  The successful candidate will possess a broad range of skills and expertise and be happy to deal with a client base ranging from SME to larger companies modest SMEs to nationally recognised corporations. 

The successful candidate will comfortable practising independently, managing their own caseload.
