Job Details

Opportunity to join this Top 100 law firm based in Liverpool and work as part of a top tier Legal 500 Defendant Clinical Negligence / Healthcare department and work with Chambers ranked Partners.

You will be joining as an Associate Solicitor and dealing with a caseload clinical negligence matters on behalf of NHS trusts, NHS resolution, other hospital trusts and defendant clinical negligence clients. You will need to have gained experience of managing your own defendant clinical negligence caseload and ideally come from a Legal 500 background.

The caseload will be fully litigated and you will primarily be dealing with high value claims and cases with values in excess of £100,000+, with some matters ranging into the £millions. As this is a senior role you will need to have gained at least 4 Years' PQE experience as you will also be supervising a Paralegal and Junior Fee Earner.

Salary for this role will exceed £45,000+ with a host of corporate benefits and bonus scheme, as well as the opportunity to progress your career within the practice.
