Finance Lawyer
Experienced Solicitor required by a respected London firm.
You'll be working on a broad range of Finance and Investment Fund matters so you should have broad experience in corporate finance transactions, debt capital markets, derivatives, international finance, investment funds, securitisation and structured finance.
