Company Commercial Lawyer

LAW Absolute are currently working with a Top 50 practice who are seeking a Company Commercial Lawyer to assist their highly successful team for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Candidates with a strong Commercial background are encouraged to apply as you will be dealing with the following matters; commercial contracts and contract structures, the EC procurement regime, risk transfers, liability and indemnity and data protection matters.  Having Corporate knowledge would also be highly beneficial.

Candidates with previous In-House experience are also encouraged to apply.
