Established practice seeks Civil Litigation Fee Earner for their office in Harrow-on-the-Hill.

Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful fee earner will assist senior fee-earners with an ‘across the board’ range of civil litigation matters and play a key role in the continued success of the team.

  • Contentious probate
  • Debt litigation
  • Property disputes
  • Employment
  • Contractual disputes
  • Family
  • Appeals
  • Commercial disputes
  • Conducting own advocacy as required
  • Ensuring compliance with civil procedure rules
  • Participating in business development initiatives to generate referrals
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of developments within your specialist field 
The Candidate
  • Applications are welcomed from solicitors, legal executives and paralegals with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of civil litigation
  • Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Personable with clear and concise communication skills
  • Good drafting and document production skills and meticulous eye for detail
  • The ability to proactively source new clients and business will be essential
