Job Details
Company Commercial Solicitor - A company commercial solicitor is required by a law firm in Norfolk. The company commercial solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE. The company commercial department work with SME's throughout Norfolk. The work will be varied and interesting to include shareholder agreements, director’s service contracts, purchase and sale of companies up purchase and sale of assets, partnership and LLP agreements. Salary dependent upon experience.
