A well regarded L500 and Chambers ranked firm in Hertfordshire seek an experienced Solicitor to join their reputable Company Commercial Team. This is an attractive opportunity for a Commercial Contracts specialist looking to be a part of an established team with exciting growth plans.
The successful applicant will have full responsibility for advising on, negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements. This will include agency and distribution agreements, intellectual property licenses and assignments, purchase and supply agreements, research and development agreements, and terms and conditions of the sale and purchase of goods.
The firm themselves are regarded highly in the local and surrounding areas and as such can offer a high quality of work from their network of existing clients. As a forward thinking and modern practice, you will be given the flexibility to manage your work load and working hours accordingly with the ability to work from home from time to time.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and confidence in handling your own caseload autonomously. We are interested in hearing from applicants who have previous private practice and/or in-house experience.
The salary on offer will be competitive, taking into account previous experience. The benefits package consists of allocated parking, private health care and a rewarding bonus scheme. For those seeking flexible working, an element of homeworking can be considered.
