Plot Sales Lawyer - Dorset Coast
Regional heavyweight is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer with experience of Plot Sales.
This is a rated law firm and their Real Estate teams continue to remain busy and act for large scale clients on a national basis.
The role will involve assisting the team with the site set up and running Plot Sales transactions within a supportive team environment.
Working within a busy Real Estate Development team you will be running the team's plot sales. You will also assist the team with the site set up for plot sales and will have conduct of someone off residential conveyancing matters.
You will have gained some experience at a decent-sized practice and will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
