Job Details

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their thriving team in Rotherham.

Applicants will be able to efficiently and effectively handle a caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Registered and Un-registered residential conveyancing matters subject to appropriate training on more complex matters.

The firm are seeking applications from candidates who are able to significantly contribute to the effective delivery of a high quality conveyancing service.

You will have a minimum 12 months conveyancing experience in a case handling role. You will join a busy, successful department and work closely in smaller teams (well supported by a team of assistants) in accordance with Client Protocols, Service Level Agreements with customers, clients and referrers, SRA and other regulatory requirements and the Firm's policies and procedures.
