Locum Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
April start – 3 months – Worcestershire– £30-£35per hour DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join a reputable legal practice in Worcestershire on a temporary basis to assist during a busy period.

The position can be offered on a part time or full time basis and an element of flexibility with the working hours can be considered for the right candidate. The firm is offering a friendly working environment focusing on high quality matters rather than volume conveyancing.

As a Residential Conveyancing Locum you will be dealing with the full spectrum of conveyancing matters, to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, with registered and unregistered titles. You will be required to handle cases from initial instruction to post completion.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and will be available to start a new assignment during April on an on-going basis. We would be interested in hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with the requisite experience and availability to commence a new role.
