The Role

Corporate Lawyer to come in at Senior Associate level with 4-7 years PQE to work in the City of London office.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a complex caseload including but not limited to; international joint ventures, mergers / disposals / acquisition of business & assets, setting up trading subsidiaries, and collaboration agreements.

This role has been especially created for an ambitious, driven lawyer who will look to make it their own and work towards Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with 4-7 years PQE
• You will have good experience of working for a highly regarded Corporate Practice.
• Well educated to degree level (min 2:1)
• A strong technical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to mentor junior members of the department.
• First-class communication skills are essential.
• Salary is market rate plus an exceptional benefits package and bonus.
