We have been instructed on a search for a top 50 UK law firm who are looking for a leading and ambitious corporate lawyer. The firm have a fantastic reputation across their commercial disciplines.

The role will be varied and interesting, giving you exposure to corporate matters such mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate finance and general advisory work. The department act on behalf an impressive client list which ranges from FTSE and international corporations to national, regional and SME businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor to join one of the leading law firms in Leeds. The department will give you a high level of responsibility and autonomy whilst offering support and guidance when required, allowing you to grow and develop exponentially.

Experienced corporate solicitors should be strongly encouraged to apply, including September qualifiers who have completed a seat within corporate law. This certainly is not an opportunity to be missed.
