Residential Conveyancer

My client is a leading regional South West law firm with an excellent reputation within Commercial and Residential Property. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding Property team in their Cardiff office.

The work of the firms Residential Property team covers all residential property transactions, including sales and purchases, equity release, remortgages, shared ownership and plot sales and purchases.

The client is looking for an exceptional individual with sharp commercial acumen who is confident in the role of trusted advisor and who will embrace the opportunity to run their own case-load autonomously, and with advice from the head of department, and work with the team on larger projects.

The successful candidate will ideally have 1 to 6 years PQE experience of residential property matters alongside a strong academic profile.
