Job Details
A unique opportunity has arisen with an award winning international firm in either their Liverpool or Manchester office.
This role would suit a highly competent Commercial IP Solicitor who is able to run matters without supervision and enjoys plenty of client contact.
The team works for a wealth of clients from corporates to SMEs and individuals on a range of commercial intellectual property matters. The workload consists of general intellectual property advice, infringement opinions and litigation support, intellectual property due diligence and general corporate support and commercial agreements.
Ideally, the successful Commercial IP Solicitor will have:
- A Law Degree
- Experience providing intellectual property services in private practice
- The ability to proactively contribute towards business development
