The role would suit a Corporate Commercial Solicitor from an in-house background or a Corporate Commercial Solicitor from a Private Practice who is looking for an exciting new opportunity in-house.

The Role

As Legal Counsel you would be an integral member of the Corporate Legal Team, which has a worldwide responsibility for compliance and regulatory, M&A activity support, commercial contract drafting, working with senior level stakeholders and other varied corporate commercial matters.

Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
• A strong technical knowledge in the relevant areas of law
• A forward thinking, and business minded
