Legal Secretary - Cardiff City Centre
I am currently working with a top Legal 500 firm who are looking for a number of experienced secretaries to join various departments including; Personal Injury, Employment, Corporate Commercial, Private Client, Construction and Property.
Main duties will include; audio typing, typing, opening files, updating files, progressing files, liaising with clients, telephone work, chasing courts, logging enquiries, diary management, preparing court documents, collating briefs to counsel any other duties as required.
To be considered for this role it is essential you have prior secretary experience, ideally within a Law firm (however Medial and Professional Services experience may be considered). You should have excellent typing skills and be able to pick up work quickly and efficiently. You should have good IT skills and have used a case management system previously.
These Legal Secretary opportunities will be working in Cardiff City Centre, close to major transport links. The role is full time, salary depending on experience.
