Providing extensive support to fee earners, the successful team legal secretary will have great attention to detail and drafting skills whilst delivering top class client care in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities
  • Assisting and supporting the business support team
  • Digital dictation
  • Drafting simple memos, emails and letters
  • Use of case management systems
  • Supporting fee earners
  • Scanning, faxing, printing and copying documentation
  • Booking appointments, arranging meetings and diary management
  • Undertaking administrative file reviews
  • Post distribution
  • Undertaking any specific training as and when required
  • Updating fee earners’ CPD records
  • General administrative work
  • Telephony
The Candidate
  • Applications are welcomed from legal secretaries with a minimum of one year’s experience
  • Commercially aware and able to work well within a team
  • Possess outstanding communication and client care skills
  • Seek to develop and progress within a reputable department
  • A strong telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills
