Job Details
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a niche and specialist law firm based in the heart of Leeds city centre. The firm specialise in the healthcare sector, which will allow exposure to a really high quality of work.
This is a full-time role, however there is some flexibility to work from home for 1 or 2 days a week if required. The office environment is very friendly with an open plan layout and relaxed dress code.
From day one you will be handling a broad commercial property case load which will primarily include sales and purchases and leasehold work for an impressive client base of healthcare specialists and organisations. The successful candidate will be working closely with the corporate lawyers supporting them on the corporate side of the transaction. There may also be the opportunity to do some non-healthcare sector commercial property work.
The role would also include some supervision / training of a paralegal who will support you in this role.
The firm is open minded in terms of PQE of the successful candidate although someone with at least 3 years PQE who has the ability to run a case load of commercial property matters independently would really appeal. You will need to feel confident and enthusiastic to come in and hit the ground running with a commercial property case load. You should also be a hard-working and committed individual.
