Job Details
A Real Estate Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a leading law firm. The role will be based in Birmingham and offers a superb basic salary.
Your clients will be varied; property companies and institutions, retailers, corporate clients, contractors, land owners and the government. Your matters will relate to all stages of the property life cycle.
It is anticipated that you will have at least a minimum of NQ and a maximum of 4 years PQE. Real Estate experience is a pre requisite here. Those candidates who have experience of Asset Management and Property Finance will be especially desirable. Exposure to large scale projects will help your application and your business development skill set will be proven.
