Job Title: Work from home residential conveyancer

Salary £25 - 35,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Loation: Working from Home

My client are seeking experienced conveyancers who are seeking the opportunity to work from home. You will be provided with a chair, PC and 2 screens at your own home to facilitate your work handling a busy caseload of residential conveyances (80+) of all types - sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold, shared ownership, right to buy and new build. You will be expected to manage the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion. The company have special teams you can refer to with any technical questions you may have about any of your cases and special post-completion teams. This is a target driven role that will suit a well organised, self-motivated conveyancer who wants to join a company which offers a competitive salary, the chance to earn a good bonus (Based on completions, compliance & customer feedback)and which has a history of recruiting from within for senior roles. Experience using the Visualfiles case management system would be advantageous.

The role will be for 37.5 hours/week on a rota basis working between 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm and 10am -6pm to be available at different times to suit different clients in contacting you when needed.
