A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist high-end Commercial Property department in the heart of the Liverpool city.
In line with their exciting business plan and continued new client wins the Real Estate department continues to grow, they are now looking for an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to further enhance their already robust offering.
You will ideally have between 2 and 5 years PQE in Commercial Property gained at a similarly renowned firm and will have had exposure to a diverse range of Real Estate instructions.
The department manages a wide range of Commercial Property issues (acquisitions, leases, sales and purchases, developments etc) on behalf of a very well regarded client base and takes great pride in their excellent client service.
They have a clear development pathway in place and offer genuine opportunities in the medium term for professional advancement with a real chance for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to put their own stamp on the team in Liverpool.
Salary will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise with a guideline of up to £50k.
