An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant with good spoken Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi to join our client’s firm in Southall, West London.

  • Operating the switchboard
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Diary management
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Inputting data
  • Closing files
  • Completing will and deeds registers
  • Dealing with petty cash
  • Completing forms
The Candidate
  • Applications are encouraged from administrative assistants with between 2 and 4 years’ experience
  • Experience in civil litigation is essential
  • Good spoken Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi is required
  • Excellent IT skills will be advantageous
  • Can demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
