Housing Disrepair Executive Re-train from PI Available

A fantastic firm in Liverpool are looking for a Housing Litigation Executive, they will look at the possibility of a re train for people with a PI background.

Since the Head of Housing Disrepair was placed by Douglas Scott within this firm in 2017, the housing disrepair and landlord & tenant offering has become a robust part of this firms offering, and as such there is scope to bring in an additional talented solicitor or fee earner to join the team. The firm in question is offering a fantastic benefits package and highly competitive salaries.

The role of housing litigation fee earner will involve handling up to 120 files, and the case load will be incredibly varied but will involve a lot of housing disrepair matters - both litigated and pre-litigated.

Although the role of Housing Litigator will demand an excellent understanding of all aspects of housing and disrepair, associated legislation and the litigation process they will consider applicants who are from a PI background.

The role holder must have both the ability and experience to manage a high workload and have experience in litigation.
