Job Details
This is an opportunity with a high street firm in a market town in Leicestershire.
The firm is part of the law society's quality conveyancing scheme and has an excellent reputation for a quality driven service to their Leicestershire based clients, and generally in the marketplace.
Working in a close-knit team, you can expect to handle files from initial enquiry right the way through to post completion.
With your strong communication skills, you will be happy to handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, although the majority of the work is made up of traditional sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold matters.
Applications are invited from experienced fee earners, either qualified or part qualified solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers - or from experienced paralegals who are able to handle their own caseload.
You will have all the relevant drafting and checking skills, and you will be able to liaise comfortably with internal and external clients.
You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Loughborough area, and will want to demonstrate a commitment to working with the firm's long standing clients.
