Wills Case Supervision Manager

£26,000 - £28,000

A progressive and innovative multi-sited legal organisation is seeking a Case Supervision Manager to join their leading Wills team based in Stratford Upon Avon. This is a great opportunity for a fee earner to step away from case handling and to move into more of a training role.

In this role you will be a skilled private client lawyer providing technical supervision to colleagues within the Will Writing team as well as providing support and mentoring.  You will also carry out training with colleagues and supporting the team and head of practice with delivering continued development and excellence across the team.

Within the role you will;

  • Act as one of the subject matter experts within the team
  • Review and supervise the preparation of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Make sure all documentation is legally and technically accurate
  • Support the management team in identifying areas of continuous recruitment
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory standards are met

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Extensive legal and wills writing experience (qualified private client solicitor or CILEX desired)
  • A passion for developing your own career and supporting others with theirs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • The confidence to take responsibility and mentor colleagues
  • A proven ability to deliver to deadlines in a busy environment
