Property Litigation Associate Solicitor

A highly regarded Top200 firm are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join the team in the Preston office. Ideally you will have at least 3 years experience and will be at an Associate level looking to progress to Senior Associate. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded firm within a successful and established Property Litigation team.

This role will involve dealing with landlord and tenant and real property disputes, acting for a spread of household name clients, developers and property portfolio managers.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
