The role

The firm is seeking a new Family Solicitor to join their flourishing Walthamstow, East London.

You will deal with a high-quality caseload, the caseload will be varied and include both public and privately funded work. This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression.

The range of private and public funded Family work will include; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1), prenuptial agreements and pre-civil-partner agreements, advice for unmarried families, international aspects of separation and divorce, domestic violence and protection from abuse, and injunctions.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least two years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You will have good experience of dealing with a general family caseload
• You should have good communication skills, be organised and have an eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
