Corporate Solicitor – We have a rare opportunity for a forward thinking senior associate solicitor to join a well-regarded commercial London practice.
Our clients, a successful niche Holborn firm, who have seen rapid growth over the past few years and have a unique business model; have asked us to find them a further senior corporate solicitor, c.4-8 year’s pqe to join their highly talented team.

You will need to show strong technical corporate experience in range of matters and a track record of acting for HNW clients, both UK based and abroad. This will include drafting, interpreting and negotiating on the full range of corporate legal matters, mergers & acquisitions, Joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, equity & debt finance and trading contracts. Due to this firms international client base some travel is required.
