Long-established firm who value their reputation for providing specialist legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Due to the expansion of their team, a new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join them to develop their knowledge and career in a great working environment.

THE ROLE

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE and the confidence to handle your own caseload of Commercial Property matters including (but not limited to) the sales and purchases of properties and businesses, landlord and tenant matters, development acquisitions and disposals and conducting matters on behalf of clients in a professional way. Although not necessary, development and management skills are desired, also. My client is keen to hear of anyone with the above experience, partnered with a strong work ethic and organisational skills.
